This agreement, made on ___________________ 20____ , between Smash Weddings hereinafter referred to as The Wedding Planner, and ________________________________ and _________________________________ hereinafter referred to as The Couple.
The couple agrees to pay Smash Weddings in the amount of $___________ for such services that have been agreed upon by all parties. All additional fees will be individually signed for and subcontracts will be issued.
Responsibilities to be held by Smash Weddings include:
The Wedding Planner will provide services on _____________________ 20____ between the times of _________________ to __________________ at the location of _______________________________________________________________________________.
Services to be provided by The Wedding Planner include:
Email and Phone Call Consultations according to your package.
Email confirmations for any changes in package or contract.
Confirmations of vendor services and venue reservations.
Developing timeline and checklist for wedding day and all time leading up to.
Directing services on actual wedding day for 8 hours maximum.
Assembly and confirmation of wedding emergency kit to arrive on site.
Management of wedding itinerary, wedding party, and venue/vendors.
Clean up after wedding and sign off on all vendors.
Responsibilities to be held by Couple include:
Paying for vendor products and services in full before wedding or payment plan in place.
All changes needing to be made to contract, vendor contracts, or venue contract, date, time, location.. will be advised with The Wedding Planner before executing.
Cancellation Policy:
Any and all cancellations must be made in person, written and signed by all parties on said contract, 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the wedding date. In the event the couple is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made to transfer location reservations, subcontractors and Smash Wedding services for the new date. The wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the couple. The wedding couple further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that The Wedding Coordinator is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
If The Couple cancels without reasonable cause, all deposits are nonrefundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.
If Smash Weddings cannot perform such tasks listed above in the planning of this wedding, due to wedding planner illness, hospitalization or an act of God, unearned fees will be refunded. Smash Weddings is not responsible for any events preventing the wedding to happen, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
Payment Schedule:
A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is to be paid along with a signed contract to secure your wedding date. 25% of the balance is due two months before the wedding day. 25%, two weeks prior to the wedding and the remaining cost is the paid 24 hours before the wedding date.
Payment Policy:
Smash Weddings accepts: Credit Card only for deposits at the time of signed contract. Checks for remaining payments can be made out to Smash Weddings. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME. Payments more than 5 days late will automatically incur a 10% late fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the couple and Smash Weddings.
