  • 2 hours of in person consultation 

  • 8 hours of on-site coordination 

  • Followup that all deliveries are on time and according to contract

  • Assist bridal party in wardrobe if needed as long as bride 

  • Oversee that all events go according to itinerary

  • Supervision of all vendors and products brought in/out

  • Provides security for bridal party belongings and wedding gifts

  • Point person for setup and breakdown 

  • Confirms all vendors are paid or have payment plan in place 

 

 

Essentials Package : $2,500 (Basic Services Included)

 

For the couple who has all the details worked out, and would like a stress free month or two leading up to the wedding by handing over the reins to the wedding planner.

 

  • 6 hours of in person consultation 

  • 8 hours of on-site coordination 

  • Create detailed production plan for wedding day 

  • Provides table mockup options 

  • Take over all vendor contracts and become point of contact

  • Confirm delivery times and securing fees for vendors involved

  • Assistance in seating charts and floor layouts if necessary 

  • On site supervision for all involved during setup/breakdown 

  • Last minute vendor recommendations if needed

 

 

Premium Package: $4,000 (Basic and Essential Services Included)

 

For the couple who would like their wedding day specially crafted just for them by a professional visionary ready to capture everything wonderful about them and transform it into an unforgettable night. The wedding planner will be with you from beginning to end noting every small detail you would incorporated. A NO STRESS planning option. 

 

  • 8-10 hours of in person consultation 

  • 10 hours of on-site coordination 

  • Full design creation with 3 mood board options provided on 2nd meeting

  • Creation of full 12 month timeline and budget management offered 

  • Provides venue options and walkthrough assistance 

  • Attend vendor meetings and pricing negotiations if needed

  • Creation of seating arrangement and floor plan 

  • Setup out of town accommodations and transportation needs

  • Menu planning if necessary 

  • Unlimited access to Preferred Vendor List and special pricing if applicable
